His Royal Highness, Alh. Awwal Musa Muhammad Ijakoro II, the Emir of Bwari, has expressed deep admiration for the humanitarian efforts of Majlis Ansarullah Ahmadiyya Nigeria. This praise came during a visit to his palace by the National President (Sadr) of the organization, Alh. Dauda Raji, and his delegation on 20th August 2024.
During the visit, the Sadr of Majlis Ansarullah conveyed his gratitude to the Emir for the warm reception and ongoing support towards the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community. He introduced the organization, highlighting its longstanding tradition of visiting esteemed leaders in the hosting states of their annual conferences. Alh. Dauda Raji also outlined the various programs planned for the upcoming convention, including inspiring sessions, lectures, and significant medical outreach initiatives. He emphasized the Jama’at’s commitment to societal development, citing the construction of schools, hospitals, disaster relief efforts, and the provision of power supply systems as some of their impactful contributions.
The Sadr further elaborated on the rich activities lined up for the conference, noting that the annual event rotates across different regions of the country, bringing together communities from various parts of Nigeria.
In response, His Royal Highness, Alh. Awwal Musa Muhammad Ijakoro II, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Allah for the opportunity to welcome such an esteemed delegation to his palace. He lauded the medical outreach initiative, recognizing it as a vital humanitarian effort that would provide much-needed healthcare to those unable to access it due to financial constraints.
The Emir expressed his pleasure at the invitation to the convention and commended the Ahmadiyya Community for their unwavering dedication to the betterment of society. He encouraged that all efforts be made with the intention of serving Allah and emphasized the importance of these initiatives as acts of worship.
The visit concluded with a special prayer offered by the immediate past Sadr of Majlis Ansarullah Ahmadiyya Nigeria, Engr. Abdulwaheed Adeoye, for the well-being and continued success of His Royal Highness, the Emir of Bwari. The Emir, in turn, called for prayers for lasting peace in the country and for the success of the upcoming program.
