The Sadr, Majlis Ansarullah Ahmadiyya Nigeria (MAAN), Alh. Dauda Raji, officially commenced the activities of the 49th Annual Ijtema with a courtesy visit to the General Manager of Positive FM 102.5, Akure, Pastor Femi Fulani, on Tuesday, 19th August 2025.
In his remarks, the Sadr highlighted the line-up of programs scheduled for the Ijtema, including key welfare initiatives, humanitarian services, and impactful outreach efforts. He particularly noted the free medical outreach that will feature drug distribution and the provision of free prescription glasses as part of the convention’s activities.
Responding, the General Manager expressed appreciation for the visit, commending the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at for its role in shaping moral values within society.
