The Chief Imam of Ondo State, Sheikh Dr. AbdulHakeem Qasim, has commended the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community for its peace-driven initiatives and positive societal impact, while calling for continued unity and harmony in the society.
The Imam made this remark while receiving the Sadr (National President) Majlis Ansarullah Ahmadiyya Nigeria, Alh. Dauda Raji, and his entourage during a courtesy visit to his office in Akure on Tuesday, 19th August, 2025. He praised the efforts of Majlis Ansarullah, describing it as a vital body of elders whose role in upholding goodness and moral values is indispensable in every society.
In his address, Alh. Raji outlined the programs of the forthcoming 49th Annual Majlis Ansarullah Ijtema, emphasizing the Jama’at’s peace-oriented initiatives. He further announced a two-day free medical outreach scheduled to hold at the Isinkan Palace prior to the convention.
The Sadr also extended a formal invitation to the Chief Imam and presented him with Jama’at literature as a gesture of goodwill.
